Welcome
This session is all about helping you speak up, not just when it’s easy but when it counts. Whether you’re just beginning to explore self-advocacy or already asking for what you need, you’ll find support, real tools, and guidance to help you advocate for yourself with confidence.
Who This Is For
Young women ages 18 to 22 with communication disabilities who want to build confidence in speaking up, setting boundaries, and navigating everyday self-advocacy.
What to Expect
Join us for a 60-minute workshop where we’ll explore questions about advocacy, identity, and communication. Each topic leads to a practical resource you can use in your own life.
Accessibility and Participation
You are welcome to join in however feels right for you. You can speak, type, use AAC, turn your camera on or off, or simply listen. Let us know about any access needs when you register, and we will do our best to support them.
