Dollars & Sense: Trusts, Savings, and Support

Financial planning can feel overwhelming for many people with disabilities, especially when saving money may affect important benefits.

In this workshop, we’ll break down ABLE accounts, Special Needs Trusts, and Trump Accounts.

Mental Wellness: You Got This! A Toolkit of Strategies for Tough Days

Your mental health deserves care, just like everything else you’re building. In this session, you’ll discover calming routines, emotional check-in tools, and ways to ask for support in ways that work for you. Leave with strategies to protect your energy, care for your mind, and move forward with strength.

Disability & Identity: Embracing All of You

Your identity is yours to define. This session is about seeing yourself fully—and helping others do the same. You’ll explore how to describe your disability on your own terms and feel proud doing it. You’ll also reflect on what drives you, build confidence in how you show up in school, at work, and in group settings, and strengthen your voice across different parts of your life.

Frequently Asked Questions

Young women in the U.S., ages 18–22, who have a disability that affects how they communicate. We especially welcome folks from rural areas, communities of color, and anyone who hasn’t had access to programs like this before.

These workshops are all about helping you feel more confident, speak up for yourself, and build skills you can use in school, work, and life.

Each session is one hour long and full of useful information and support. They are designed to be welcoming and created with you in mind.

Nope! You can register for one, a few, or all four. It’s totally up to you.

Nothing! It is completely free, thanks to support from the Aerie Real Foundation.

We’re keeping the group small so the sessions feel personal and interactive. Spots may fill up, so try to register early if you can

We’ve got you! Every session includes ASL interpretation and live captioning. You can also let us know about any other access needs when you sign up. We’ll do our best to make sure you are supported.
