ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
Everyone deserves workplace environments where they can succeed, feel respected, and access the support they need. But many disabled and neurodivergent people are not taught how to advocate for themselves at work or navigate conversations around accommodations and support.
This workshop explores practical self-advocacy strategies participants can use in workplace settings. Participants will learn how to identify what helps them succeed, communicate needs clearly, and approach difficult conversations with more confidence.
